Delivery & Cancellation Policy

 Funeral Homes: These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will obtain it for you. We normally contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for flower deliveries. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing, we will deliver your order  to the viewing per the funeral home instructions. If you order flowers  for a funeral viewing or service scheduled on a Sunday, we will  deliver them to the funeral home on Saturday before the services.

Please Note: When placing an order for a funeral service, please provide the name of the decease, service time and date, and any additional delivery details.  We do not deliver to rural areas or cemeteries. 

Same Day Delivery:   

Custom Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance for guaranteed delivery on the day of funeral or memorial service. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE orders placed on the day of services. If we are able to fill an order for same day delivery, the product will be selected from our inventory stock and the order must be placed by 10am on that day.  

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders place the same day. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Times:   

We make floral delivery from 1pm – 4pm daily from Tuesdays through Fridays, and Saturdays from 10am – 12pm. We do not deliver on Sundays and Holidays. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery date.  We will be happy to assist you with a request to cancel your order. Please call us at 478-731-3758 to expedite your request. Unfortunately, we will not provide refunds on orders that have already been delivered or on fresh flowers because they are a perishable items.
